Nancy Milewski, Paralegal

Nancy joined the firm in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience as a probate paralegal. She manages all aspects of estate administration—from filing the initial application through to the final report and distribution to beneficiaries. With a deep understanding of the probate process, Nancy is committed to making the settling of a decedent’s estate as smooth and stress-free as possible.

In addition to her extensive knowledge of the Probate Court system and its documentation, Nancy is known for her empathy and compassion. She takes extra care to support clients through what is often a very difficult time, offering both guidance and reassurance to help them move forward with confidence.

Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree in Legal Administration from Sacred Heart University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, catching up on her favorite TV shows, and spending time with her family.
